Easy to maneuver yet sturdy.

I provide mobile care as a chiropractor. This is the most comfortable face piece I have had in years. I've only had it for a couple months, but Patients don't complain like with my other treating table. Easy to install and remove, yet a strong latch to secure it. No inadvertent, slipping, sliding out of the post holes. Cushion stays securely on the frame. Multi-Positioning of the height and angle is also easy.

Durable face cradle

High comfort level, but has durability issues. Return window is way too short

I’ve been a massage therapist for over 10 years, primarily using Earthlite products. Chair massage is a significant part of my business, and often leads to subsequent table appointments for chair clients who want more. So comfort and reliability are key. When I saw a colleague with one of these cradles and pads, I thought it was an excellent idea for increasing comfort and reducing the “massage halo” from the standard pad. I ordered up a set, and received them on July 1st. It is now the end of August, and I’ve worked about 15 chair events since. Initially, this was great, and was a welcome change, but in the last couple weeks I’ve noticed the cradle slipping out of adjustment, either in head tilt and/or neck tilt. Finally, on-site today, it simply would not stay in place when “locked”, with no obvious way to tighten. I found myself having to apologize ahead of time to my last several clients for it misbehaving. I looked to see the return options to find it is only a 30 day return window. The website does allow returns through them, but you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Really? I have to pay 20% of the initial product cost for the privilege of having them fix something which only lasted less than 2 months?? Doesn’t leave me feeling confident. Instead makes me wonder if the cost was worth the potential loss of client opportunities.

Yes, it fits any standard table

I got the structure along with face cradle cushion. Although the cushion is square, any round face cradle cover still fits it.

Not very sturdy or user-friendly

This product is easy enough to adjust but no matter how hard I try it won't sit in just the right position. When I get it to be as close as possible, it only takes a sight amount of pressure to push it right back out of alignment, leaving the poor person on the table with a wrenched neck. That's just not good! For the money, I'd recommend stearing clear of this product :(
