Perfect for tandem feeding
I couldn’t imagine my breastfeeding journey with twins without this pillow! It is attached to my hip and goes everywhere with me as it’s the only way I’m able to feed both my babies together! It is sturdy and doesn’t require extra pillows for support. I slip a rolled up blanket under my girls heads and tuck it under their hips to keep them in place and it works perfect!

Great product for large breasted woman, for single baby breastfeeding also
This is great for having a single baby that you want to be able to easily pick up and move to the other breast. The symmetrical support is great for this. The hole is just a little bit too big for me, and I wish that the pillow fit a little more snugly against torso and under breasts. (40in waist right now I think) My way around this is stuffing something between me and the pillow behind me, or using blankets to bolster in the front so the baby isn't falling in a hole. I'd just pull it closer against my body, but when sitting in a chair or on a couch the pillow sticks out behind me and the chair back keeps it from working. The pad on the back attached by velcro tends to roll, and then I feel the scratchy velcro, so I will probably just sew it in place or do something to reinforce it there. I do recommend this for anyone with large breasts planning to breastfeed even just one baby, and to have it at the hospital with you. It made breastfeeding so much less stressful.

I loved the My Breast Friend pillows when I was nursing my son years ago. When my sister had her twins this year it was the obvious choice. She is able to tandem feed and it doubles as a useful assist for tummy time activities.

Great even for single babies (non twins)
I bought this specifically to have support on the sides to feed my son in the “football” hold/side hold since other pillows don’t provide that support. It has good back support but I did make a lot of modifications to be more comfortable. It has two pillows for the back - I unsewed them and put them on top of each other so they were taller and covered more of my back than just being thicker. I also shoved burp clothes in them to fluff them up more. I also unsewed the Velcro on the right side and made it underneath the pillow since the clasp and Velcro were hard and scratchy for my son. The left side is scratchy too so I have put a burp cloth over it. I also stuffed the main part of the pillow too to provide more support since it was flatter than I wanted. Oh and I took a pocket from an older breastfriend pillow (that I used for his older brother when he was a baby), and sewed it into the front middle of the pillow. Unsure why this one has the pocket on the side. You can’t reach it with your left hand when you’re using your right to hold your baby. I didn’t realize how much I changed. But it is now the best nursing pillow I have owned. Better than the baby frida, original boppy and their newer one with the back strap (which was AWFUL the fabric pilled and caused a rash and cracked skin - it was like sandpaper) and it is better than the regular Brestfriend pillow.

Lifesaver!
I was worried about the price at first because I have got a lot of things that have not worked to tandem feed my twins. This is the first and only thing tbat has allowed me to tandem feed! Only downside was I waited 6 months to buy it! 10/10 fully recommend. The pillow is stable, and because it clips around you it doesn't slide out of place. Babies are fully supported so I just have to position their little heads. The pocket is perfect for my phone or water bottle. Supports my lower back. Just all around a great and well-made sturdy product!

Get This for Breastfeeding Twins!
I tried this pillow vs the Twin Z for breastfeeding my twins and this one wins by a landslide so far. My twins are 4 mo old and I’m still using this one to breastfeed. I’m petite, so maybe it’s related to that, but I feel like my twins roll toward me on the sides with the Twin Z and they lay nice and flat with this one. I like the flat shelf/bar top shape of this pillow better too.

Wife absolutely loves this product
For my wife who is exclusively breastfeeding until she goes back to work, this is an essential. She absolutely loves it. Allows for comfortable different positions, provides back support which she says is super important, and easy to clean the fabric cover. My friend who has twins recommended this one to us even with one newborn because of the amount of positions/comfortability of having the extra space and my wife definitely agrees that this was the right choice. Fantastic product!

Essential for everyday use!
I cringed at how expensive this pillow was when I first ordered it. But expecting twins I thought I’d better give it a try. Ended up using it all the time everyday. Eventually bought a second one! Turns out it’s not just useful for twin tandem feedings but also provides support for elderly family members si that they can hold growing babies to bottle feed as they get heavier. Great elbow support. My favorite pillow to use while sitting in a rocking chair while bottle feeding one or both babies at the same time.

No me funcionó, pero puedo entender que alguien más sí.
El material es suave, lavable, el diseño ergonómico en teoría, ya que tiene bordes para evitar que se resbalen los bebés, pero para mi fue sumamente complicado lactar a ambos al mismo tiempo. No lo logré simultáneamente ni con este ni con otro tipo de cojines. Tenía que darle a uno a la vez porque ya que tenía enganchado a uno, el otro se me resbalaba. Qué padre las que pudieron en EUA, para mi fueron más de mil pesos invertidos que terminaron en el closet.

A must have nursing pillow
The product arrived in sturdy packaging. It's very useful and the size of it is perfect for not just newborn babies but can be used for babies hoti 7-8 months as well. The quality of the product is also quite good.

Buen tamaño y calidad
El producto me llego en tiempo y bien guardado. El tamaño es excelente, mis bebes tienen 2.5 meses y caben muy bien sin problemas.
