broke after short use, bad deal for efficiency

Note: This is a generic-quality light which Nightstick used to sell for a LOT less. It was their budget-series alternative to their "pro" series, which itself is a discount competitor for Streamlight. There is no power regulation at all. The running time is awful considering it's 2 AAs and only 140 lumens. The run time is 80% shorter than a 2AAA Streamlight which costs less. And it isn't even durable. It's a bit heavy so I didn't use it much for a long time. Then we needed it for something recently, and it became the flashlight for a particular project. It died after about a week of use. The switch still seems fine, so the LED or circuitry must be toast.

This nightstick works Very Well!! I am a Range Safety Officer at a gun range and this light is bright enough for me to verify a gun has been made safe in broad daylight without having to get within a foot of the weapon

Great Flashlight, But Broke After 2 Months

Great Flashlight when it worked. Would buy again but mine stopped working after about 2 months of use.

Good, but needs better batteries

Good flashlight but get some better batteries for it. The batteries are weak that come with it.

Great Flashlight

I've dropped it, got it wet and use it all the time. It fits nicely in my pocket. Has a powerful beam. If I had any complaint at all it would be that a low beam setting would be nice but this is by far my favorite flashlight for around my house, car, camping, etc. Unfortunately if lost mine at a campsite so I need to buy a new one.

The lens heats up,

It hears up after 5 minutes. And the battery compartment is lose. So if you’re walking or running it makes noise, it rattles
