No installation instructions for 6 stage system, missing parts

We ordered the 6 stage alkaline system. The company did not provide an installation manual. They did provide a DVD, but it had no sound, was blurry, and was for the UV system, and after a quick google search did not turn up the correct instructions, we ended up using the amazon video, which was for the 5 stage system. We ended up using the diagram on the Amazon page to figure out where to connect the alkaline filter. They also did not provide the tubing for the alkaline filter, or adapters for the cold water connection. Luckily we have installed several RO systems before, and my husband is handy, so after a trip to Home Depot and cutting some tubing from a different line, we were able to attach the alkaline filter and modify the cold water line. The system is up and running and seems fine so far. The pressure fittings and tubing organization are an improvement over the last three systems we installed, but the lack of installation instructions and missing parts made what should have been a quick installation project into a frustrating multi-hour ordeal, and we still need to contact the company to ensure we actually did install the alkaline filter properly.

It’s doing it’s job without any problems

I am enjoying having good tasting clean water available at the flip of the handle on the spout. It is working well so far and I’ve had it almost a year .

Easy and water tastes great!

Water tastes great and i like the faucet since our other one you had to hold down in order for the water to be released.

DO NOT BUY!

Update: Two weeks ago I found the Naples Naturals website and explained my missing parts. They will not respond. No answer. Nothing. Zero. Silence. Do not buy. No instructions. Installation DVD will not work. Four extra filters missing. No way to communicate with seller. Other reviewers share ongoing frustrations. Only option is to return it before my headache gets worse.
