This is a universal repair for any large gate.

The media could not be loaded. My poor old gate was destroyed by lack of maintenance. If I had just oiled it once a year, this would not have happened. The bottom hinge Froze and literally rolled the bracket right off the gate, ripping it out of the main horizontal member. I got these and was pleasantly surprised how easy it went on. I ran to the hardware for three bolts. (No fasteners come with these hinges). I jacked the gate up to where I wanted it and then about 2 inches more to account for sagging. Threaded the pivot in with a pipe wrench. Lined it up to the first hole which already existed. Drilled the other two and it was done. Very happy with these for repair, replacement hinges for a large heavy gates. Note: I did add a cable strap to the pivot post to keep support on it for the future. I hope you find this review helpful.

These include the hook/pin screws

These are a lot beefier than I needed, but the design worked perfectly for my particular need. I was confused by the descriptions. In one photo the screw pins were shown, but they were absent from all the other images. The description was explicit, "mounting bolts not included." Never having worked with these before, I went ahead and order a redundant set of hinge pin screws that I'll need to return (if they ever arrive). There is no need for that. The carriage bolts must be acquired separately, but the hinge set is complete.

Review for 10" hinge set

As you can see I haven't opened package yet, so as far as durability I don't know yet it looks sturdy though. I just wanted to show there are two lag screws an two hinge clasps for a an order of one. Also you can see approx. How long the lag bolt is, and the label says 150 lbs. Remember this is a 10" hinge set.

The product arrived quickly and well packaged and it will work, but I want to clarify the quantity as it is misleading: 2 packs mean that you receive 2 hinges NOT 2 pairs of hinges, so if you need to hang a gate (like we do) and you need 4 hinges then you need to order 2 x 2 packs.
