Good for my large-ish head

My head seems to be a bit larger than average and I have a lot of hair, but I found these adjustable ear muffs very comfortable. They are lightweight. I have hyperacusis and need to wear these a A LOT, and they cause no pain to ears. They also don't get as tangled in my hair as other brands. They block a good amount of noise, but I wouldn't wear them when using a jackhammer or fireworks. For blocking everyday noise - cars, vacuum cleaner, loud music, TV, etc. they work fine. The price is quite a bit lower than other brands. I would definitely purchase again.

Basic, effective

Fixed size, comfortable ear cups, pretty good sound deadening. I wear a size 7 3/8 hat and find these to be very comfortable. There's better ones on the market, but adding disposable foamies under them, even installed not quite correctly, does a great job.

Very light, don't squeeze your head.

Very well built for the price. Work just as good as expensive ear protection but much lighter and more comfortable. I use these at the range and am very satisfied.

Great, depending on your needs

I'm in my mid 60s and I can hear a lot of things others my age can't. I attribute this to having always been careful when it comes to exposing myself to noise. There are times I almost think I have hyperacusis, which is an extreme hypersensitivity to sound. I react to loud noises almost as if they caused physical pain. These headphones are a good example of how careful I am: I wear them only around twenty seconds a day, when I'm using my noisy Magic Bullet blender. These headphones don't block out all the sound, just enough to take the edge off. I can't vouch for how comfortable they'd be to wear for a long time. My guess would be maybe not very: They're tight. That, for my needs, is a good thing. If you're going to mow a lawn or use a chainsaw for a couple of hours, they'd be great. If you're going to wear them on a factory floor for eight hours a day while also wearing glasses or safety goggles, you might want to consider earplugs instead. Oh, I didn't expect to get two pairs for this price. Considering my age and how long I use them, I doubt I'll wear out a pair. But it's fine with me if I have a backup on hand.

Good enough

Comfortable to wear and cancels about 3/4 of the noise. I bought these for mowing the grass. Wish it blocked more noise out.

What I needed.

I ordered these for noise cancellation while operation a Skid Steer. They are quite simple But do the trick. They don’t cancel all the noise but still make a huge difference. I feel like I am saving my hearing. They are comfortable to me. I pretty much forget I have them on.

These are amazing for the price. Used them for over 5 hours straight with my gas leafblower and they muffled the sound beautifully and protected my hearing. I actually got the 2-for- deal and I certainly think that was a smart move on my part.

I keep one pair at home for school work and to studying and the other pair at school to concentrate on my exams and they really helped me out this school year an the quality is good for the price.

work as expected

They are comfortable because they are adjustable somewhat. I use them for garage woodworking and very happy with them compared to the Sony, although they were quieter, they were tighter and not as comfortable.
