So beautiful but don't hold up well with use

Ok so I purchased a while bunch of these handles for a specialized harry potter house airbnb rental. They really looked amazing and all was well but within less than a year I have had a nightmare of soany of them having the inner locks and mechanical problems that have cost a fortune in getting repaired each time they break. They were already so much to spend to begin with. So if you get these just know they are pretty but NOT durable for regular use

Not exactly what I expected. But still beautiful

I absolutely would have given this 5 stars if I had actually received the product displayed in the picture and described in the description. But what I received was still beautiful and I needed it the day after it arrived so I chose not to exchange/return it. I ordered the dummy, unlacquered brass knob. There is no fake keyhole. And the size was ever so slightly off, so it didn't cover the spots I was hoping to avoid touching up the paint.

Absolutely beautiful

The media could not be loaded. Oh I am in looooove!!! It is more beautiful and substantial than I expected. Sometimes the “crystal” doorknobs look and feel like garbage but this looks seriously beautiful and feels so nice and heavy!! I am really impressed!! I honestly now feel confident in ordering more of any of the door knobs now that I have seen the quality & am looking forward to eventually replacing all the door knobs in my home!!

Nice looking hardware

the door knob and backplate are attractive and appear to be well made, however the screws used for applying the backplate to the door frame are not. One of them broke in half inside of the wood door. Good luck drilling that out. Since we didn't do anything unusual in the application, we can only presume the screws were of inferior quality.

Beautiful doorknob. We have an old 1940's house that ...

Beautiful doorknob. We have an old 1940's house that is filled with old crystal doorknobs. We added a french door off the kitchen and hated to put an ugly modern knob on it so we searched for a reproduction knob and this one fit the bill. Most old crystal door knobs can be fussy and sometimes break after extended use. This one had to be adjusted a few times for us to get the right feel when turning it but after we got that squared away it works great! We go in and out of this door every day and it is still holding up very well after months of use. I expect after time it may loosen like most crystal knobs do but it can be easily tightened again with a quick turn of an allen wrench. Easy to install. very happy with this product.

Great product, solid brass

Great product, solid brass, made in India, very polished brass, beautiful glass door knob. Great quality. I would give this product an EXCELLENT rating. Only issue we have is Amazon delivery promises. It seems if the product comes from one of Amazons suppliers that Amazon takes no responsibility or ownership. Very little support with supplier delivery issues. We never pay expedite anymore just because most times it doesn't get out the door any quicker but you have paid the xtraa to get it sooner. Expediting is NOT a good investment.
