Not durable enough

On our very first trip using the carry-on a small plastic cover fell out of the extendable handle. It seems to just be a snap in piece and should be attached more firmly. Otherwise the quality of the luggage material seems good and we are hoping it will prove more resilient than the handle.

Poor zipper quality

I bought the same set from Kohl's and had to return it because zipper on inside liner was broken. I really liked the look of the luggage so I gave it another try and ordered the same set from Amazon, and the zipper on the inside pocket was broken n the middle size suitcase when I opened the package. The only reason I chose this over some other brands was because I want an inside zippered pouch in my luggage. Now the one thing I wanted is already broken and I had no time to return it before my trip. Be warned! Very disappointed.

Olympia Skyhawk 3 Piece Luggage

Don't know what customers are looking for when they give this luggage poor ratings. It's a very good luggage set for the money. Have flown with it three or four times and use it to go back and forth to visit my son. Hasn't torn, haven't lost the "eyes" on the front. Has held up as well as could be expected for the price. Is still in good shape. Have spent more, but luggage is luggage. If it doesn't need to be replaced for tears, it needs to be replaced because plastic wheels break over the years. Yes, I'm talking years. Worth the buy.

Don’t expect much for $200

I know I should not have expected much for three pieces of luggage for $200, but I was excited when they arrived as they looked good. The zippers have been nothing but trouble. 11 months of weekly use as a business traveler and a zipper finally broke. The warranty claim process is silly. I originally registered the product via the hangtag and that was oddly simple. But for an actual warranty issue you have to send them $30 to even evaluate the claim. In short, these are fine for the occasional vacation but don’t expect long term durability.

Great suitcases. I have used it for the whole month of traveleing to the East Coast and the Gulf Coast.

Be careful, this is ONE piece luggage set

Be careful, I ordered this luggage set but only ONE piece (smallest one) arrived. Talked with amazon customer service rep and she told me that wrong order was delivered. I was suspicious because it never happened to me before, so I asked her twice if she is sure that product description on amazon.com web site was correct. She confirmed so we went to the trip and used the piece that we got. No problems there, bag did its job very well. We got back from the trip and guess what? Another identical ONE piece(smallest one) luggage set arrived. I returned both packages and got $$$ back.

Good Luggage Set!'

Great luggage set! Good construction, these made it to Europe and back, with nothing broken, nothing missing just minor scuffs. The handles and interior lining is not as well made as my last Olympia set, but still very sturdy. I would recommend the Hamburg set.
