Okay so I’m disappointed since my BFF has this tool and is very nice and I totally was happy that I ordered it buttttttt .... my nail bits have been used. Mind you I just got it !! && the one nail bit that hasn’t been used is the one that doesn’t stay in, as well as my cuticle cutter doesn’t stay in... which is the actual best one ! I’m upset because I also bought drill bits and the don’t work for this machine. So even though I bought a brand new one it wasn’t so brand new
