Does not reflect product pictures or usage

What was sent to us does not reflect the pictures of the product and we believe we were sent the incorrect product. It is nothing we expected and does not work. We have tried to return but we’re unable. Our pool developer has come over to try to make it work and stated they had to send us a different product because this does not reflect what we should have received and he cannot make it work. It has very small hooks holes and not the holes which the picture displays. It’s either the wrong product or totally misleading.
