Teach ESL/ELL? You NEED THESE!

I am a substitute teacher. I was introduced to the "Transportation" Bingo game by an ESL teacher. The students loved it! I was asked to substitute for another ESL teacher for six weeks. I ordered these five games based on the experience I had with the Transportation Bingo. When I first told the ESL students (grades 2 - 6) we were going to play Bingo, they all groaned. After the first game, they were begging me every day to play Bingo! I would have them do the calling (so I could listen to pronunciation), and I would have them use the called item in a sentence or give me the meaning of it. There are other ways you can use these games as well. Even regular teachers would benefit from these games!

The game had a good collection of vehicles

The game had a good collection of vehicles. However the boxes are small and the caller cards are in black and white which is not helpful to students.

Learning is Fun!!! Use this for programming.

Bought this for a client who is learning about community helpers and jobs. This is a great way to work on targets and play at the same time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company, Constructive Playthings, shipped me this Bingo game in a used box. The box did not have bingo chips or calling cards. I cannot believe that a company would send a beat-up yard sale box to someone's hone for $14.99 plus tax and shipping. This company has no quality control.

es bueno pero...

Los juegos son muy buenos, las planillas de Bingo vienen variadas en colores y plastificadas y vienen bastantes, el único pero que le pongo es que las calling cards son de un material muy corriente, y en blanco y negro y aparte son super pequeñas para mis clases en linea tengo que usar imágenes de un juego de memoria de la misma marca porque las que viene con los juegos no sirven, por el precio deberían haber incluido las calling cards mucho mas grandes
