Exactly what I needed

The previous doorhandle broke and when I contacted the builder he did not have another one. Nor could I find it at the Lowe’s store. Fortunately my son-in-law found this on Amazon which was the exact one except it was not polished nickel. It still looks good though.

Perfect Replacement

This was a perfect replacement for a shower door handle that was New in 2000 when the house was built. It fit perfectly. Thank you.

Meh quality, but good price (see details)

I hate polished brass. I really can't state that any more strongly. Despite my feelings about it, though, I really didn't have a choice when my shower door handle disintegrated due to corrosion. You see, with the rest of the shower door being made of gold-colored C-channel, the Prime-Line M 6159 Shower Door Handle Set (2” Hole Center, Brass Plated) was about the only thing I found that would match closely enough. At under $10, I didn't expect much... and the product lived down to my expectations. The handle set arrived in minimal packaging, with the handle halves, and two brass-colored screws. The handles are not of high quality, with surface imperfections (visible in the pictures I've included), and visible casting lines and flashing (obvious to the touch at the grab points of the handles). In my case, the C-channel was thick enough that the screws were too short to reach from one handle to the threaded post in the other handle. I opted to use some screws that were about 10mm longer (not supplied). I've included a photo of the handles mounted to my door. The finish matches closely enough, which was the goal. Don't expect a nice product, as you won't find one here. Then again, the quality is probably proportional to the price, so there's that.
