Broken and cut me

Worked for 2 months and then conveniently after the return window closed it broke and cut my hand. Very disappointing as I would have been satisfied with a replacement but unfortunately there is no way to contact the manufacturer. UPDATED- changed my review to 3 starts as I emailed the manufacturer with my receipt and they are sending a replacement unit at no charge. I appreciate the good service and hopefully the next one will be more reliable.

This works pretty well but is a bit temperamental and feels cheap since it’s made out of plastic.

Not like previous models

This is my third Rabbit wine cork remover and it is a huge disappointment. It is flimsy, light weight and made of plastic. It is much more difficult to use due to it's poor construction; it is plastic. Some corks simply won't come out. Those that do, pull with difficulty. Then, the cork won't come off the spiral. My previous Rabbit was heavy duty metal and worked like a charm. This one is useless and annoying.

Broken after 1 month.

We have had the Rabbit corkscrew before and loved it. But this one was very difficult to move as it was very hard to push down the handles to remove the cork. Took a great deal of effort. Then 2 screws became dislodged from the opener rendering it now useless. Disappointing when you pay $48 for a wine opener. And I bought 2 of them. Haven't used the other one yet.
