Not bad for the cost!
So I’m not sure if I was shorted 2 sheets due to sellers product photo showing 3 peace’s of shoulder of hide however I could be wrong! as for the product itself I had a better experience than other reviewers comments. My hide was in almost perfect condition a slight color change but no big deal seeing that I was going to die it anyways. I successfully made a one off of a paintball pod pack with this leather… will definitely buy again!

Excellent Quality!!!
I purchased this leather to make leather patches for hats. This leather engraves and cuts beautifully. We will oil it to our desired color. This is the best deal we have found on leather!

Very nice leather
This leather is as advertised. Very difficult to find defects. In my case I need some defects. But this leather was beautiful. The shipper was very quick to get it delivered.

Not as advertised
The Leather I received was not as advertised. 1st it is not a 4oz leather at best it's a 2.5 oz at its thickest point. 2nd it had a nice hole in it about the size of a quarter (about 5'' from the edge) with extreme thinning around it in all directions so basically, I have a 7'' section that is unusable. Aside from the Leather being thinner that advertised and the blemished hole section that took a good section away from the leather the rest seems to be good quality. It will not work for what I ordered it for unfortunately, but I can find a use for it for something. Just unfortunate I paid too much for basically what is turned out to be scrap leather!

Don't buy this leather unless it's on sale
As many others have noted on here, don't buy this leather at the full price. The piece I had was (as many others have noted) smaller than advertised. In addition, it had a tear in it (like many others have noted. It also had a large 4" by 1" scar in the middle of the double shoulders that is unusable. If this is on a good sale, and you're looking for some cheap leather to ruin learning to cut and chisel and tool, go for it. But at the full price you're better off on Buckleguy or Tandy.

Great Value!
I just received this this morning. I can say the quality of the leather is great! At least this piece anyway. I would have given it 5 stars but for a single hole about 30 inches into the piece, but for the price I payed it was well worth it. I would buy again!
