Nice quality

Won’t return servo to position I set to. Just servo home. Tried to set to full brake but it won’t... even looked up instructions

Works great.

Works great if you set it correctly. 1. Remove throttle servo plug from receiver. 2. Plug male Fail Safe plug into receiver where servo was plugged into, plug servo plug into female plug of Fail Safe. 3. Do not start car, turn transmitter and car power on, apply full braking on transmitter, press and hold set button on Fail Safe for 5 seconds. 4. Test the Fail Safe by turning transmitter off and leaving car power on, if Fail Safe is set up properly, brakes will be applied fully when transmitter power is turned off.

Did not work

I installed the failsafe as the instructions from redcat said, and item did not work at all. I was using a Spectrum receiver and Traxxas servo, and all it did was cut power to the servo when the button was pressed and held, and did nothing when the radio was turned off. The plastic that had the board inside even had the hole in the wrong place so I had to take the cover off to get to it.

Well worth the money, works great! Saved me a fortune in repairs. I lose control in range a lot, This is a Must Have if you test limits

Waste of money

This failsafe didn't work at all ! It kept the throttle wide open instead of applying the breaks .. DO NOT BUY THIS ... IT WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR NITRO CAR .. And apparently it's not just mine , research it on google , lots of people had that issue with it

I got this for my redcat racing buggy tornado s30 and was already preset for braking easy install, no hassle to instalation !!
