Love working with this pad. Maybe not the best 4 spead work, but 4 working power combos this has been awesome. Hitting or holding i can hit harder with out hurting the holder & it saves my elbows & sholders when i hold 4 heavey hitters.

Not satisfied with my mix up of order

I ordered the flat face punch shield and received a different style punch shield. A style that you also carry. Has a a hump in it. Not satisfied with my mix up of order.
