Clogged Out Of Box - Cleared With Sewing Needle

It's a fine product, but it should be $99 MSRP. It's currently $149 and I paid $125. Also, many people are experiencing issues where water is not dispersing. I had same problem and was able to resolve by using a thin sewing needle on the nozzle where the water should be coming out. I am guessing it's a factory defect where some plastic got fused together that needs cleared. After doing this, it works fine.

Great for a fast clean up.

Definitely recommend if you have the vacuum it’s great for a quick mop around the house and easy to clean just throw the cloths into the washer after using and air dry and they’re ready for the next mop!

Ehhh

It’s a nice accessory, but what I buy it again no. Would I recommend it not really. You take more time mopping with the Samsung mop then a regular mop. But I will use it because I have it but I won’t use it all the time. I’d prefer a regular mop that comes with a liquid cartridge or a steam mop.

Cannot get water to spray

Extremely fussy to set up. Instructions are terrible, so not sure I got it right. Apparently I didn't because no water will spray. The vacuum is good, but steer clear of this thing. There are plenty of wet mops out there which are easier to use and work better.
