Received an older Australian product????

The package I received has the information in metric ("Secures up to 36 KGS"!) and a date stamp of 21/11/2018. The package also says copyright 3M 2018. So it's old. It's also longer than expected, 75m per roll, so I shouldn't complain too much. The part number on the package is 3500-2-1RD-AU-75, which indicates it's for Australia. I haven't used it yet, but am leaving this information now as I'll be busy and distracted when I'm packing up and moving. I hope the age doesn't impact the adhesive on the tape.

Scotch good, off-brand bad

A household necessity where I won't trust generics in order to save a couple dollars. I've been burned too many times and it's hard out here for a single guy on his own. Just saying.

Durable, good adhesion

Strong, clear tape. Smooth, continuous dispensing and it was easy enough to find and peel the end of the roll. Perfect for reinforcing and taping up boxes. Not very thick, but the tape adhered very well to the boxes and did not peel off at all during moving. We taped up about 12 one-man, medium boxes with 4 rolls of tape.

Silent tape! Durable sturdy !

Never buy anything other than MOVING scotch tape. It’s like night and day witb the shipping version I got in accident it’s super durable sturdy and silent!!! Which is why I love it I shop things when the fam is asleep napping f and don’t have to go outside!
