Stability keeps my fishroom afloat!

We use this in the hundreds of tanks in our 'fish lab'. It's completely safe for inverts and all manner of freshwater fish. Never had any problems, and it doesn't appear to have any negative effects if you overdose. Stability keeps my fishroom stable. Wonderful for starting new tanks too! I recommend to anyone that asks, and many who don't.

Undeniably a worthy water stabilizer for aquarium

No better product line than Seachem

You know, without question, if Seachem makes it, it is going to be a quality product - at least for aquarium chemical needs. Stability is no exception. There simply is not a better product out there to add beneficial bacteria to your tank. Either when you are first setting it up and cycling it or as supplemental bacteria during water changes. As Tina Turner said it first, simply the best!

Shipped WITHOUT cap

Received an empty bottle because it was shipped without a plastic cap, and the foil safety cap busted while shipping. I’ve read other reviews of similar incidents. How does this even happen?

Unlike Others, This Stuff Works

Stability is / was one of three different products I tried using while establishing a Bio-Bed / Filtration in a New 20 Gallon FW Aquarium. For the Record I also Tried API Quick Start and Tetra Safestart - Before I slam them for being useless it is also important to understand that the storage of any Bacteria is critical - Maybe I just got unlucky and got Two Bottles of Dead Bacteria ? Maybe. But they did nothing - after three weeks of cycling there was liitle to no activity in the Nitrogen Cycle (I was doing a No-Life Cycle using Pure Ammonia - 4 Drops Daily to Imitate a couple fish in the Tank) - The Bacteria from Both Brands was simply MIA. Hearing from a Few Other Hobbyists, (and an Aquatic Specialty Store Owner) that I should try Stability. So I bought a Small Bottle - Within Two Days I had significant activity. Ammonia was high and Nitrite Appears - Then some days later Nitrate - Oh Yeah - The Cycle was still let to go six ore more weeks as I wanted a firm Bio-Bed Established before adding anything. Then as expected - BAMM, Algae Bloom - Yes, that is a Good Thing. Look Good, NO !, but, it shows an Emerging Healthy Environment - Some Phosphate Media, Polishing Floss (and a few Eager Mystery Snails) and it started going away. The Stability does what it says it does, again, maybe the others were Bad from the Rip, IDK. I DO KNOW this Stability worked as advertised and then some. It won't allow you however to just go and throw some Fish in Right Away - Do yourself a Favor and Understand this is nothing more than a "Kick Starter" for your Cycling Tank - Many, Many Years Ago I learned one very Valuable Guideline in this Hobby "Good Things Take Time and Patience - Bad Things Happen Real Fast". Stability Probably only Boosted the Cycle Time Down a couple or so weeks, But it did Push this Tank from Zero to 60 in a couple Days to get the process started much faster than without it.

Fatal!

The media could not be loaded. No se que tiene pero me mato 20 bebes ansystrus y 2 peces adultos ! ( Neon y corrydora ) Tengo acuario de 200 litros y tengo 3 años ya ! Pense de comprar este liquido para q agua sera mas clara y filtro mas limpio .Al echar 3 tapones por 200 l me fui a dormir y por la mañana veo mis peces muertos !!! Nunca en la vida no me ha pasado esto! 3 años todo bien y despues de este producto mueren los peces ! Y precio de golpe de 99 a 75€ ? Algo raro ! Jamas comprare mas aqui y una botella de 2 l jamas !

producto de calidad y efectividad porque lo he probado con un bote mas pequeño y además de contener muchas bacterias te elimina enseguida los nitratos y nitritos,por eso me decidí a comprarlo en grande para mas económico.por otra parte he de decir que contento con este vendedor de momento porque el producto llego muy bien embalado con su precinto y todo lo único es que le pregunté que cuanto dura el producto una vez abierto y espero me conteste

Love this size

I have been using stability for quite some time but my local pet store had a very small size for a very hefty price. Now I just shake week then refill my little bottle regularly and my tank has never been healthier. This is a must for aquarium enthusiasts who like clean/clear water that makes my fishies very happy.
