As Expected with One Exception

Item is as described and pictured. Only issue is the angle of the stop (about 120°) is far greater than the angle of the bow of my boat (less than 90°), so contact is only with the center - which just doesn't look right. However, the two most important aspects of this product is that it fits where it needs to be on the trailer (which, at 2"x2" with a 1/2" shaft, it does) and that it successfully acts as a solid rubber bow stop (which it most certainly does). The angle of boats' bows vary by manufacturer, model and year. Consequently, not all boats will fit "snuggly" into this bow stop. Besides, if this product had an angle less than the angle of one's bow, it may jam-up against the bow, not allowing the bow to properly rest against the 2"x2" center.

Didn’t even make it to the boat ramp.

And she’s done.... broke before I could even get the boat out to the lake. Going to look for a better quality part... Bought and installed this instead https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004UOTRQ0, it's 3" but was able to squeeze it in (I was planning on slicing 1/2" off each end, and that was doable, if I had not been able to fit it as-s). This alternative item seems way way better.

Good enough for what I needed.

The bow stop rubber was a little worn in spots but overall well worth the price and works like a champ on my trailer.
