Surprisingly comfortable!

I've become a Sketchers guy! Not all Sketchers, though, fit right for me. But this shoe surprised me! At first it was a bit snug; but loosened up after a while. If you're looking for that firm, take-a-pounding kinda walk when you exercise, keep looking! This is more of a soft-easy-stride-cloudlike walk! The sole is very soft rubber. There is arch support but it bends very easily as I walk. Some have described this shoe as kind of a 'slipper' fell. I might agree with that a bit. But I feel just as comfortable wearing these shoes to the DIY store as schluppin' around the house! An added benefit: it slips on without needing a shoe horn!

The healthiest shoe I ever bought!

This is the healthiest shoe you could buy! I say the healthiest with the tongue in cheek fact that my doctor turned me on to them. I came to him with a painful corn that I get and have to remove myself. He said he couldn't remove it, but added you should try what I wear! Sketchers! What an odd name for a shoe! I bought a pair on Amazon and no more corns. I click buy again once a year or every other year from this seller: Dependable and cheaper than any outlet or warehouse.

Great shoes

Great shoes now that I got the second pair. The first pair was most definitely used mod on the bottom toes were scuffed look worse than my old pair of shoes but they made good and sent a new pair.

Very nice

My husband has 2 pairs. One for inside the house as a slipper (in grey) another in black for going outside. He has a bunion on one foot and these shoes work great for him. Very comfortable.

Comfortable

Runs a bit big. Had to order a size smaller than usual shoe size. Very comfortable. What I don't like is that it shows wear quickly on the top seams of the shoe.

Not a sneaker head or anything just normal person who wants to walk outside without looking like a hippie not that there's anything wrong with hippies, it's just not my life style. They fit a bit differently than my last pair from 3? 5? Years ago? What happened to time... The top and ankles are more snug and restricting feeling, but that may wear in. The souls are semisoft, not like a wood plank, not like a bed, more like a decently watered yard.

Happy Feet!

Last year I walked miles everyday to loose weight. Lost 50 pounds. One week in New York 48 miles. Alas, I stressed my poor feet. Went to a podiatrist who recommended a fancy, expensive, orthopedic shoe to relieve the pain without success. He then recommended surgery! Instead, I explored other footwear options discovering the "Equalizer Persistent". This shoe is fantastic! Feet feel better everyday and I don't have to help the foot surgeon make his yacht payment. Very pleased!

Comfortable

These shoes are very lightweight and my husband says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. He has never bought shoes from the internet before and we were concerned about the fit but these are true to size. Although they are described as sneakers the black ones are suitable for either smart or casual dress.
