Remote is not working

I really liked the fan until the remote stopped working and after changing the battery 3 times it still does not work. The light flickers but still doesn’t work

Good fan for the money.

We needed to replace a ceiling fan so after reading tons of reviews I settled on this one. My husband is an electrician so he has put up thousands of these. He did have some problems. So read directions! It does make strange noises at times. Can’t figure it out. But hasn’t caused it not to work. It is a real nice looking fan. As you can see, the LED bulbs are bright!

Highly recommend

We orderd 2 of these remote control ceiling fans. Others we looked at were very expensive & not appealing in our opinion! So when I saw these I thought WOW nice looking & remote & great price, I'll give them a try. Love love love them! Highly recommend! Won't be disappointed! Easy installation, runs quiet & looks great in our living room and our bedroom! I'm not lazy by any means but I have arthritis & a very bad knee so by the end of the day it's really difficult for me to keep getting up & down to change the fan or light setting so this has been wonderful & made my life just a bit less painful.

Noisy and difficult to install

This is a very pretty fan, and the light is great in my living room. That's where the good points end. I had this installed with a 36" down rod. The wiring in the fan was only for the short rod included in the fan. Luckily, my installer had experience with this and was able to properly extend the wiring for the installation. The dimmer functionality on the remote is wonky. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. It also round-robins: if you press to dim the light, once it hits the dimmest point, it begins getting brighter again. The fan produces a constant hum on any speed. I've tried tightening any connections as the instructions say, but the hum continues. It's incessant and extremely annoying. I may be replacing this fan when I find a suitable alternative.

Works really well

The instructions did not call for the remote controll receiver to be installed untill the end. I had to take apart many of the installed parts to complete the installation, but when it was complete it is great.

Excellent, Smooth running, I hold my judgment on the remote

Excellent! I bought two of them and installed in my large living room. Very smooth, no vibration at all. Set the remotes at different codes with no problem BUT I just had to reset one of the remotes again... Hope that’s not a trend. If the remotes continue to work I will be very pleased.

Fantastic product

These fans were fairly easy to install, one we had to install a different electrical box that would hold the weight of a fan. Other than that, they look great, are quiet, and remotes work well. I like the cleaner look of no chords dangling. Balancing them is a bit challenging.

Nor really worth the money

With the light switch in the "on" position and everything turned off on the fan and light, it emits a low hum. I checked the wiring and it's fine. To get the fan to work on low, you have to hit the medium button then the low button on the remote. It's too much trouble to take down, return, and reinstall. Shop around for something better if you're willing to pay this much This is a cheaply made product with defects.
