Great Quality

Bought as prop, but this is an extremely well made and functional piece.

Very durable; not a strong pointing force

The compass is made of metal, which is nice for a little kid--hard to break it. He sure likes carrying it around. Keeps it in his pocket or straps it onto his belt. After his school class conducted compass training a few weeks ago, the compass has become his "sensation." He loves the thing. The only thing he doesn't like is that he has to lightly tap on the center glass continuously in order to get the indicator to spin around and point north. I believe the magnet on the North indicator is a bit on the weak side.

These were purchased for two basic first aid / survival kits. They are sturdy work well and a bargain for the price. These will help get you back to civilization.

Nice compass, pretty good build quality

Nicely balanced, and good quality build make this compass easy to use. I would recommend this compass to others especially for the price, it really is quite good.

NO LUME ANYWHERE

Compass received works, and the body is metal. Has a good construction feel to it. The big issue is that this compass DOES NOT HAVE LUMINOUS ANYTHING. So if this feature is important to you, do not get this product.
