Easy to Yse
Easy to use, just roll all over your steak (or whatever meat you’re tenderizing)! It’s a little tricky to clean with the picky rollers, so I wash immediately after use with a kitchen brush with dish soap under running water and then let air dry before storing on a teacup hook in my cupboard.

If you start with a thin piece of beef, cheap and tough, this is perfect.
I don't like the kind that works like a hammer. For beef under an inch thick, this is perfect. No noise, no violent impact. Burt gets the job done. Easy to clean.

I usually use a mallet to tenderize and thin out meats. But it's loud. If I am getting something ready to marinate for the next night, I may start it late in the evening.. too loud. So I got this little gadget to be able to complete the task but quietly. It works pretty well, it feels good in your hand and it does a decent job. It's [OK] But this! I also just used it as a pizza docker! It's amazing for that! So just know, this is like getting two tools in one. It's difficult to wash. And you can't access inside the wheel.. but a good product and not overpriced.

Maybe I'm not using it right but my bourbon tastes the exact same after using this and makes a lot of splashing in my tumbler glass. Anyways props to Amazon for variety product quality and value, happy tenderizing everyone!

Useable
I used this tenderizer on some lesser cuts of beef I wanted to marinate. Usually I leave the marinade on overnight but with this, it only needed a few hours. I did find the meat sticks on and it's a messy process but it's less than the mallet thingy I was using before. I ended up holding the meat down with a fork at one end to keep it from rolling up and my fingers away from the sharp spikes.
