Sent a new urn -> Prev. 2 stars=No Reply from Customer Service after 3 attempts - Issues with Urn!

Finally heard back after posting below review. They were very helpful and sent a replacement urn. changed rating to 4 stars Original 2 stars POOR QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We have made less than 40 pots of coffee with this Coffee Urn (1 pot a week) and when it continually stopped working while truing to make coffee we reached out to the company. We called the number on the website for customer service.. the voice message said we had to email, so we emailed from the email address on line - No reply! Resent 2 more time NO REPLY. We had to purchase a new urn (Not the same brand!!!) from someone else and it wasn't even a year old!

Great product!

Spout is a little lower than I'd like but I understand it needs to be there to get the coffee out from the bottom. Still worth the purchase.

Bought new however received used product.

I received this product used when I paid for a brand new one. The exterior had fingerprints all over, a very noticeable scratch. The interior has coffee residue, water level mark, and bottom kind of burnt. It was obviously a used product. I returned it for a replacement. Let’s hope for the best. I will update this review, if warranted, after I receive the replacement in new unused condition. Updated on 4/20/2023: Frank, from SYBO, was very attentive and professional. He resolved the matter expeditiously. This time, I received what I ordered: a brand new coffee maker.

Ensure you have a proper power supply. We used this for an outdoor wedding and it melted the surge protector.

Be cautious

The original picture is what you get. I was reading about it and I looked at the other pictures and that is not accurate. It is not a metal lid, not a metal ground basket, there is a different Fossett on it along with no outside area to see how much coffee is in it. Again, it is only that first picture. The rest of the pictures are false.

Sturdy

Been using for 5 days straight and making/keeping coffee hot. In out door environment it fell of the table due to wind and another object hitting it. Was able to reshape it and make another batch of coffee. The locking top feature (although it broke when it fell). Only qualm is price for it, is a little steep. Update* Army unit... we've made over 150 gallons of coffee and still getting comments on how good the coffee taste despite lack of cleaning and the broken/slightly out of shape cylinder.
