Super Sturdy

This is very well made and works great. Somehow a lot larger than we thought it was going to be! You will need a bottle brush for cleaning it. We love this, it is really great.

Terrible Design

I have this thermal carafe for the Grand and it's great as far as heat retention goes but terrible design. The lip doesn't have a spout (most carafes manufacture a small area where the metal or glass is shaped into a spout) and the coffee pours all over the place. It's almost impossible to pour slowly enough to prevent coffee from going everywhere. I hate it!
