Will not keep things super hot or cold for long, but good enough.

I have a Ywo vacuum stainless steel mugs for coffee from 2 different manufactures, which I used to use daily. They work better keeping things hot/cold and are far more durable., BUT. OK...you may think I am nuts and that is OK...we will never meet, but I swear the stainless steel mugs began to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I am a healthy person and not prone to a wild imagination. But when I stopped using the stainless mugs, and bought these, the bad taste went away. I joked about it with another family member who had the same thing and also got a sore at the edge of her mouth using stainless steel mugs for water......she drank 5-6 a day as she worked outdoors. We both bought these type of plastic cups. about a year apart...the problem went away.
