I have been using this small foam roller to loosen my muscles after workouts and I am really impressed with it. It's super lightweight and small, which makes it incredibly easy to travel with. I can easily fit it in my gym bag or suitcase and take it with me wherever I go. In terms of its effectiveness, the foam roller does a great job of loosening my muscles and helping me recover after a workout. I use it to target my legs and back, and it has definitely helped me to alleviate soreness and improve my overall flexibility. However, the small size of the foam roller can also be a bit of a drawback. I find it a bit tricky to use on certain muscle groups. It takes a bit more time and effort to roll over harder to get to areas with the smaller roller.

A Comfortable Foam Roller

This felt very comfortable and was easy to use. There are also some examples of various stretches and exercises that could be utilize which was a bonus. I like the color and style of this roller compared to others. I only wish I ordered a longer size. However, I feel this does a great job with all you need to release tension and stretch the various muscle groups.

Definitely need a 3 in. Round and 7 inch in length. Soft purple

Really was hoping it would work for a therapy I came up with. To big around need a 3inch round 7 inch in length to accommodate my current needs. I am a massage therapist and have come up with a innovative way to help therapist and clients. Love the therma foam can’t seem to find a Vendor. So frustrating. The price on Amazon is ridiculous for what it is, wholesale companies can’t seem to help either. Really need some help finding these to train other therapists and teach others how to benefit. To find a company to help would be abundantly appreciated. Seriously I need the purple therms foam roller 3X 7 and 60.00 is astronomically expensive.
