| Warranty Description | CAP Barbell, Inc. offers a standard 5 Years frame, 90-day monitor and 30-day all other parts warranty period on all Velocity products. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. In order to request warranty service or parts, a completed Product Registration card with proof of purchase from an authorized CAP dealer must be filled in and on file with CAP. CAP’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at CAP’s option, the product through one of its authorized service centers. Each item being sent to the authorized service center must be issued an authorization number by calling the customer service number listed in the owner’s manual. Any and all repairs or replacements for which warranty claims are made will be decided by CAP. Product should be returned in its original or similar packaging.
