Perfect fit for my phone
My wife and I recently purchased new Specialized bicycles. I saw this case at a local bike shop, but they only had one available. Once I installed it, I found it very comfortable to use. Its far enough ahead so I can glance down and see what I need to see; but not too far out so it becomes a distraction. The location of the phone mounts are convenient as it does not impede in plugging in an external battery pack (via cable) if I need to do so. Also, with the various mount options, I'm able to mount it on the handlebar post, so that I can continue to use a handlebar mounted bag without interference. The next bike ride after this was installed, my wife decided she wanted one as well; so now we both have them.

Good stable holder. A little annoying to mount. Works good for me

Owned Five, Two Shattered, Equals Failure
It's designed for casual riders, not cyclists. I regret the level of disappointment I feel spending so much money on what I thought would have been a good phone mount. The concept is quite practical. But, OMG how awfully the two that have broken performed. None of mine lasted even a year. The fact is I have four bikes that I ride. It happens that the two the I have riden mostly have both failed. Such a high rate of failure is my clue move away compeletely. I won't even mount the last one and I will replace the mounted ones on my CAAD12 (4th picture) and my Kinesis 4S Disc. My second failure in less than 8 months happened at a little more than 15 miles of a 32 mile ride yesterday. I am extremely dejected and will contact the company today. At this point, it's time for them to either get back into the lab to improve whatever compound they're using or to simply market the product casual low impact retiree riders. While I am not a professional cyclist, I am not a casual rider. Perhaps, the product isn't for my styles of riding, not even on paved surfaces. My phone nearly fell off. It was quite by accident that I saw the phone just before the failure and I was able to grab the phone, preventing it from falling. If there is a disclaimer that I failed to read, it's my fault for setting my expectations so high regarding what's proving to be an inferior phone mount.

Sturdy phone mount for all phones
Phone mount was easy to install once you figure out how to. The instructions were wrong. See pictures attached. The first one shows how to mount on your handle bar, the instructions showed this backwards and my screw was not going in. The instructions do not show what all of the items that you receive are for. So in my second pictures, I am showing 2 pieces of rubber that came with mine. I had no idea what they were for (I also had foam stickers, still not sure what they are for). The rubber fits perfectly inside the clamp to adjust the size. Overall, the mount works great, it is nice and sturdy and fits larger phones (I have iPhone 13 with otter box case).

Buying my third one....because unfortunately they break.
I like this product. I cycle about 200 miles per month and in general this provides a sturdy safe way to mount my phone on my bike, except... There is a design flaw. The locking mechanism piece breaks. This seems to occur about every 6 to 8 months. Without a functional locking mechanism your phone may fly out when you hit a bump or on uneven surfaces (this has happened to me a few times). Now, when the locking mechanism breaks, I replace the unit. This item is available at several cycling stores in my area, and maybe I'm too lazy or hesitant to try a different brand. If you cycle a few times a month or less, it will probably last a year or two. Otherwise, I like the product. Like I said, I'm getting my third one.

Very easy to use, iPhone rattles a lot
This light was easy to install as it comes with two mounting options, all hardware included. Today is my first day using it on about 20 miles bike ride. It is very easy to put and remove the phone from the mount. The screen was accessible and I could see the map all the time while riding. The only concern is that I don’t know if this affects the phone at all but I noticed that it does quite a bit of noise as I ride. It is very safe in there and I could read without issues just not sure if this will damage the phone over time. Maybe some padding would help? This all said, I recommend it if you want a phone mount

Nice phone holder!
Works well. Holds phone securely while riding. Occasionally I have to pull it toward me due to slight slipping donward but that could probably be corrected by using a thicker rubber gasket which comes with the mount.

So far the best mount I've found but it will scrape up your legs when standing and pedalling hard
I've tried a couple other options and read reviews on dozens of mounts and this one takes the cake. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in a thin Body Glove case. It fits snugly, and only slightly covers the touch buttons at the bottom. There's room to plug in a USB cable for charging and you can access all side buttons. It uses a bungee system to close the mount and there's a lock switch on the bottom to hold it even tighter. I'm using the stem mount option. The other day I had a bit of a clipless pedal incident and embarrassingly fell over however my phone stayed securely in place. Other mounts I've bought from Walmart required rubber o-rings for maximum security which also partially covered the screen and still didn't hold tight. I've read the bungee cord can break but I'm being you can find replacement cord on Amazon fairly cheap. (Possibly paracord?) Update: I still really like this mount but there's a problem when using the stem cap mount. The actually mounting point is too low and the device really needs to be moved farther forward. The problem is that when on a road bike and you stand up to pedal and rock the bike back and forth it hits and scrapes up your legs. There's no reason I can see for it to be as low on the stem as it is. Please reallocate the pivot point so the mount is higher up the stem.
