Basic replacement brake cable.

This was a decent cheap brake cable replacement. You simply cut off the end you don't need and thread it through the old outer cable and clamps. You will need a good set of wire cutters to cut the cable off cleanly. Be sure to check you old outer cable for rust and a little grease on the new cable may help you thread it up and protect it. (You can wipe off any exposed cable later).

It's not a derailleur cable

I ordered 5 of these.... In the description it said it was a derailleur cable. But in fact, it's a brake cable.
