Weird taste for days
The patch did seem to work and helped me control my hunger; however, I had to stop using them because they left a horrible taste in my mouth. Maybe they worked because I couldn’t enjoy food or drinks because everything had a horrible taste. It took 2-3 days after wearing patch for things to taste normal again and to get that taste out of my mouth.

It works
I was doubtful when I bought this but I was desperate for any help I could get while trying to diet. To my amazement they worked. I placed one on my chest the first day & loved the smell but I loved the fact that I had no to desire to eat anything. Try them they work!

Not an Appetite Control
Used it and it didn't seem to have any effect. Do like their lavender patches but this is not a hit. Won't buy again.

Recommend
I am perimenopausal and my appetite increased during this time period. I just needed a little help controlling it. It helps me avoid snacks. I love the smell. It isn't going to make you skinny by itself, but it is a tool to use to control your appetite.
