Awful customer service

This ornament organizer is great. Great size. However, I ordered 2 & only received 1. I filed a claim and was sent my 2nd one the I originally ordered and PAID FOR. But was charged again for my replaced organizer. So I still have paid for 1 more than I actually received.

Go bigger!

Would’ve never guessed I have more than 64 ornaments, but here we are! I love it so much! It won’t hold heavy ornaments, and if you put them at the bottom, there’s no protection. (As you can see in the 2nd picture). So they’ll definitely break. If you have meaningful ceramic ornaments I’d get something more sturdy. If you just have regular like plastic ornaments, this is perfect.

A Good product for organizing and reducing breakage.

Two ideas I would like to share are making 2 extra level separator's buy taking one good one and tracing around it on a piece of cardboard for the bottom and top.Also do not put your best ornaments on the outside edges.Other than this they are very pretty and stackable and I can see what is inside. East to assemble aa well.

Number of Ornaments Stored Depends on Size of Ornaments

The container is very lightweight and seemed too flimsy at first. However, after filling it up the container has become more rigid and it seems like my ornaments are going to survive as long as nothing heavy is set on the container in storage. FYI- you place cardboard inserts inside the vinyl container to create cubby holes for your ornaments, therefore, if your ornaments are long or oversized the cubby holes need to be larger than what a simple ball will fit in. Since the photo shows all balls they were able to get 112 ornaments inside. I only fit about 75 but the fact that I did not have to go through the time consuming activity of wrapping all those ornaments in tissue paper and setting them in Rubbermaid containers was a good tradeoff. I deducted a star because the vinyl was a bit thinner than I expected.

Works great!

Can’t believe how much it actually holds, even for larger ornaments. Followed advice previously posted by adding an extra layer of cardboard at the bottom to reinforce and it worked like a charm. Planning on buying a second one.
