Flexible toaster
This toaster is easy to use and flexible. You can toast a long slice of bread such as rye bread as well as regular slices of bread. It has a bagel setting enabling you to just toast one side of your bagel or english muffin (my favorite feature). I have even folded my wraps to toast them and warm them up. I only have 3 cons for this toaster; one is sometimes the toast will get ejected forcefully enough they fly onto the floor :) second the tray is a pain to try and clean and the last is takes up a fair amount of space.

No more burnt fingers
Love the way it drops the bread down onto the tray instead of making you try to get it out of the slot. Even with the extra lift feature, I’ve always had a hard time fishing out the smaller side of an English muffin. But no more. Only reason it’s not a five star is that I wished the tray was removable for easier cleaning.

I love this item
This toaster that I purchased from Amazon I really loved it and liked it but it was too tall too wide for my kitchen countertop so I gave this item away to a family member. She loves it and likes it so again I do recommend it because I liked it, but it was too big too wide. It just took up too much counter space in my kitchen. I loved everything about this toaster, but it wasn’t for me, but I will recommend this item. ????????????????

I can't seem to use anything over 1.5 on the temperature control
At 1.5 the toast is toasted. at 2 it is dark, how does this thing go to 10? I like the concept and this shape fit my space better. Couldn't give it 5 stars because it really only has one temperature.

Best toaster
It's just convenient to have the bread, pop tart, etc fall out of the bottom. It's super quick, I don't put it beyond the 2 setting and my toast comes out beautifully.

It is bigger then most toasters
Hi. We have had this toaster for 2 years now. It has worked great. We especially like the GF setting. Now that it is 2 years old one of the doors is not opening. So we need to poke the bread with a plastic fork to get the bread out. I have looked for the warranty but alas it is not posted anywhere. Unfortunate. But it was working well. So I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. Do I recommend this product? Maybe.
