Nice but the floor of the basket kind of dangles as it is just suspended in air when the basket is set up. Did not expect that. I had one built back in the 80's that was more sturdy but I guess they don't make them like they used to. Still, for the money it is an OK basket.

Neat Concept
Love the idea, but it doesn't look as nice as the picture. The wood is rough and the color is dull. Still, it's a neat concept.

Quality control item check before shipping to customer
Item arrived with a wooden dowel broken so it could not be converted to a basket. Thanks to a repair made by our son “mr. fix anything” it’s good as new , did not have to be returned & is an attractive ???? ???? ???????? ???? ???? filled addition to our kitchen table.

Perfect for limited storage
Adorable and functional. This was a gift for my sister who has limited kitchen storage space at her beach house. This worked perfectly since it stores flat in a drawer or cabinet. Should have some instructions though. If you expand it incorrectly it looks like a slinky.

Ingenious kitchen accessory
This wooden fruit (or whatever) basket is ingeniously cut from what I think is one piece of wood, plus a little piece for a stand. It will be a fun kitchen counter accessory. It looks bigger than it is; the basket is rather shallow. I have not yet used it and thus can't comment in its durability.It folds into one flat piece, perhaps 3/4 to 1" thick, and would be easily stored or shipped for a gift.
