Might be uncomfortable at first but after regular use feet do get better
It was a gift for a friend with neuralgia in both feet. Might be uncomfortable at first. Start first use with socks on and holding onto a support while standing. My bunion is better and sprained ankle from 15 years ago less painful with regular use.

Maybe the old ones were better...?
Oddly I first tried these because a friend disinfected and sent me hers to borrow, as I have awful plantar fasciitis. She needed them back so I bought my own. Unfortunately, hers were stiffer and less pliable which worked much better for my feet. For the price I’m kind of bummed they mush so easily when I’m standing on them.

Works, but overpriced.
I've used Foot Wakers before, with great results, but had to return them to their owner. Bought my own. Only complaint is price, which is expensive for two pieces of hard plastic (think "dog's chew toy," only a bit harder).

They really work!
I've suffered with plantar fasciatis over the years and find that these are just amazing for working out my feet. The relief they provide is exactly what I need and I have less problems with my feet when I use these more often.
