Pretty easy to set up but doesn’t feel very sturdy

It wiggles a little even though all the materials are in tight. Works well in a small space but not a lot of room for shoes.

Looks great, cannot reverse to the other side

Heads up it is not reversible. Although you can flip it around to be on the left side once assembled as shown - but it will be on the outward corner and not the back corner as shown in the photo. OK to assemble once you have every piece facing the right direction but that was a bit tricky. Very sturdy and fine to sit on, the wood and black metal looks nice.

No free returns and not as nice as expected.

Be warned - no free returns if you don't like it. I ordered this product for my daughters dorm with high hopes that it would be beautiful and functional as it serves many purposes. Unfortunately, the product arrived today and I didn't even bother taking the pieces out of the box. As soon as I opened the box, there was a prop 65 warning on the bench that the product can cause reproductive harm (not something I want to get for my young daughter). In addition, I could see that the bench was not as nice as the images led me to believe and the coat hooks looked small and pretty thin. They are also VERY close together so I'm not sure how functional they can be for hanging multiple things. I didn't like that it had the prop 65 warning on the actual item not just the packaging plus it just wouldn't work for my daughter and her room mate as they both need to use the hooks to hang multiple things. I made the mistake of rushing to order this item without realizing that it didn't have free returns. Now it will cost me $11 to ship back but it useless to me so I have no choice. I wouldn't recommend this item and not having free return shipping really sucks !! Quite disappointed.

Very strong and good material

I really like, very well made, the material is pretty good, very strong. I have just a little bit problem with four screws the one to hold the hanger I need to buy a little bit small, I couldn’t thigh it up. But I really like it

Fit the need I had

Bought this for my messy man to hang up his "not clean but not dirty" clothes on and put on his shoes in the morning. With the shoe storage area, it cleaned things up the bedroom a lot. I can't change him so I make adjustments. This works.
