Product is good but shipping is poor

I needed extra pans for my puppy play pen. The pans are as described. They are similar to the original pans. The problem is the shipping. The first order was shipped by Amazon by way of UPS. The pans were all but destroyed. The shipping box was tore up and tapped up. Both pans had major damage. Never liked UPS shipping. I returned them and Amazon shipped another set by way of USPS. These can in better shape. Only one conner of both trays had minor damaged. Instead of trying for a third time, I will repair the trays. Simple fix. If you order the larger plastic trays, the product is great but, be aware of the sipping process.

What is not the same size as advertised? Yet, very sturdy.

This item was not the right size is advertised does not fit in the 36 inch dog crate we had to overlap it, which makes it very difficult to clean. If the dog has an accident you have to literally take it out and scrub the feces from between the graves, it is very sturdy, but extremely difficult to install.

Love this product

The floor grid is coated with a plastic type covering and makes it very soft and easy on your puppies feet. We put a blanket folded in the corner and the grid allows the puppy to stay dry and avoids the pup from getting dirty or being in a messy situation. It's a perfect situation to care for your puppy when you can be with it every moment. Cheryl

Very Flimsy

The replacement pans are very flimsy. If you take Outside to wash and Clean do not leave it in the sun. The hot sun will cause the sides to curl up

Well Worth It!

Loved the first set so much I bought another. Easy on little puppy feet. Easy enough to clean. Stors well. Durable. Thick. Sturdy. Heavy. Doesn't buckle under pressure. Well worth it to help keep pups pens sanitary and clean!

Love it; wish it folded into quarters, not just in half.

Great product. Glad it folds in half; would be even better if it folded in quarters and had added stability in the center. My rabbit likes to jump on top of it, so if it was a bit more rigid in the center, it would be perfect -- especially if they're able to design one that folds into quarters. It would be much more portable for traveling.

They just don't make them very well.

The trays lasted less than 1 week before they started to warp. Now they don't slide under the puppy pen anymore. Useless.
