My dog’s favorite!

I received the dinosaur variation as part of a Pupbox and I never would have chosen this toy at the store for my girl myself. But once she tried it, she was obsessed! She gnawed it into a shank so I decided to try the alligator shape and she’s equally as excited for this one! It quickly became her favorite chew toy and now is creating sharp points again so I foresee myself buying more in different shapes to try. At the price point, it’s easy to justify with how much she loves it and it works well to keep her teeth clean!

So far so good

Our puppy loves this. She has literally chewed through 13 toys in three weeks, and according to the vet she isn’t teething yet. Eeekkkkkkk. I was searching for a tough and durable toy yet a soft enough one that she wouldn’t injure her puppy vampire teeth. She has been at this toy like a cat with catnip. Some other reviews that caught my attention, were around dental hygiene and fresh breath. I am looking forward to seeing how that unravels since our last dog wouldn’t allow us to brush his teeth at all, and we spent a fortune in dentals.

Both of my Aussies favorite chew toy

I have bought more of these than I am proud to admit for my two Aussies. They LOVE them. Problem is, they’re smaller than they appear on the listing, therefore I would say there are other options for aggressive chewers. The T-shape is very enjoyable for them. I do think they have kept my dogs teeth clean and breath smelling fresh! I have a 1.5 and 2.5 year old and the vet is always complimenting their dental hygiene! Given I have only given them Himalayan bones and the Nubbies, I would say this is a contributing factor to their awesome dental health. Overall, recommend for sure, just keep in mind for aggressive chewers you are lucky to get 2 weeks out of them.

My dogs are obsessed

My dogs love them, and they are constantly grabbing them to chew on. They really only chew the three ends this toy has. They do get a little pointy and sharp with enough chewing so I throw them away once I see that the toys is chewed up enough to potentially hurt their gums or if I see my dogs being able to take tiny piece from the tow. Overall I haven't found anything better than these yet, so I keep buying them!

The best!

This is by far my pup (2years old) favorite toy. She is a chewer and we did not think she would like it because it seemed ‘bland’ quite the opposite, it’s 100% her go-to toy!

Small dog toys

Durable

For being a smaller toy I was skeptical. However my two pitts love this toy. They definitely chew the heck out of it and it's still around after a few months. This is one of their favorite toys.

Our dog didn't like it much

Since our dog likes to chew, and loves peanut butter, we thought this would be an ideal toy. However, he lost interest in it almost immediately, and hasn't gone back. Also, a visiting puppy was introduced to it, and it was one of the few things in the house he didn't chew! However, perhaps we were just unlucky. On the plus side, it seems robust and well designed.

Dog loves it, I hate it.

The “Nubbies” rang is hard plastic. Where the the “Treads” are rubber. When the dog chews this hard plastic Nubbies dinosaur it it produces hard sharp edges, as if the dog was chewing on a plastic kids toy. The dog loves it as it’s different to all other toys and he can really chew it up. I worry the edges are going to cut skin, gums or damage property. It even clunks and echos on hard floors like real plastic. I recommend the “Treadz” range, like the Gorilla, but not the hard “Nubbies” plastic.

Gave my puppy a stomach ache

The toy itself looks great and my puppy loved it. It’s definitely made of durable material (for my 5 month old yorkie!) but unfortunately the infused baking soda gave my puppy digestive problems (diarrhoea & poor appetite). We knew straight away the toy had caused it as its the only “different” thing we gave him. As soon as we took the toy away he started getting better and is slowly regaining his appetite. I’m thinking maybe we should have limited the time he spent playing with the toy but there was no advice on this on the package! Will have to bin it unfortunately

Dachshund proof

My 2 dachshunds destroy every toy even the tough ones and they both love these (also got the dinosaur) and still going strong 3 weeks in

Loved taste but not as long lasting As hoped

Cavapoo puppy loved this , however he had managed to start getting bits off the purple ends within two days then the green centre so sadly didn’t last as long as I had hoped and he’s not an aggressive chewer. Loved it though whilst it lasted
