Good for party favors. Not durable.

This was ok for the price (3). Do not expect much. It is more disposable than reusable but perfect for party favors. Does not take well to rough use. Flimsy and delicate. Rough use on one of the hats began falling apart. I'm only reviewing the item quality, however, it was perfect for what I needed it for.

Very cheaply made

Very cheaply made. The material is as thin as a grocery bag and about the same material (scratchy) these are definitely adult sized but can be adjusted which is the only positive really.
